As much as possible, each presentation is created or customized to fit the theme of the event and the needs of the group.

She believes that to have the best relationship with anyone you must first have the best relationship with yourself and this is the underlying principle of her coaching. Whether it is a professional or personal relationship, Shurnell challenges individuals and teams to take big bold action that will empower and transform their thinking so that they can achieve greater performance and results. Shurnell is especially passionate about coaching women, children and young people and uses her exceptional coaching skills to help families build strong, dynamic relationships with each other.

Ranging from strategic planning sessions to health matters to inter-personal relations, Shurnell keeps the energy and participation high whilst engaging delegates in sensitive or delicate matters. Practicing the principle of ‘each one… teach one’ and using a range of interactive methods, Shurnell encourages participants to share their rich knowledge and experience and learn from each other. No two workshops are ever the same as Shurnell manages to create a unique energy and experience each time.
